Acceptable use

• You must use lawful data sources and lawful outreach practices.
• You must honor unsubscribe, do-not-contact, and consent requirements.
• You may not use the service for spam, abuse, or prohibited activity.

Service scope

• Features may change during beta.
• Availability and limits may vary by environment and infrastructure policy.
• Integrations can have provider-specific terms and quotas.

Billing and cancellation

• Beta access is currently free unless otherwise agreed.
• Paid plans (when enabled) will include cancellation controls.
• BYOK API usage is billed by your chosen provider, not by Lead Me On platform spend.

Liability and responsibility

• You are responsible for campaign content, recipient targeting, and legal compliance.
• WebDept provides software tooling and does not guarantee campaign outcomes.
