How data is used

• To provide lead management, outreach, and follow-up workflows.
• To enforce suppression, consent, and usage guardrails.
• To maintain security, reliability, and abuse prevention controls.

Storage and processors

• Data is processed via Cloudflare services used by the application.
• Optional email sends are processed by your chosen email provider integration.
• Optional AI drafts can be processed using your own OpenAI API key (BYOK mode).

Data rights and deletion

• You can request account/workspace data deletion through WebDept contact channels.
• You are responsible for lawful contact practices and recipient rights handling.
